• Purchased a distressed mall in Atlanta that the owners and community had given up on. In four years, developed Plaza Fiesta Mall into the largest Latino mall in the Southeast, increasing cash flow an amazing 800%.
• In Colorado, identified the underserved market of Eagle County, partnered with one of the nation’s leading lifestyle center developers and worked extensively with the Town of Eagle to gain community support. The project is slated to open in Spring 2011.
• Worked with officials and the community in Peachtree City, Georgia, to establish a new development overlay district that created an inviting shopping center. To ensure it became a vibrant part of the community, the development team contributed extensively to the public infrastructure.

Since being formed in 1996, TRINITY Development Group has focused on developing, leasing, managing and owning retail centers in major growth markets in the Southeast and West.
