TRINITY Development Group, Inc., was formed in 1996 by Vincent Riggio. TRINITY develops, leases, manages and owns retail centers in major growth markets in the Southeast and West. Within its defined markets, TRINITY’s emphasis is to develop and own quality retail and entertainment projects for its own long-term investment portfolio.

What are TRINITY Development Group’s plans for a distressed real estate fund?

TRINITY is currently in the process of raising equity for a distressed real estate opportunity fund. Distressed property types being targeted in major metropolitan markets include grocery and discount anchored shopping centers, as well as mixed-use centers with apartments. Emphasis will be placed on cash flow potential during a five to seven year hold period. Additionally, TRINITY is creating a “stimulus-type” rental package to assist retailers in the program during this difficult credit market.
