McIntosh Village is a community shopping center located on Hwy. 54 in Peachtree City, Georgia. The 50-acre project is situated on one of the busiest streets in Peachtree City and has pull through traffic from Home Depot and Super Wal-Mart, as well as many nearby neighborhoods and daily commuters.
The largest retail center in the area includes more than 500,000 square feet of retail space and is anchored by Super Wal-Mart and Home Depot. Other major draws include Best Buy, Office Depot, Tires Plus and PetSmart, plus a wide variety of restaurants and retail stores such as Chase, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, Panda Express and SuperCuts.
The development of McIntosh Village included three years of community outreach and working extensively with the City to create a new overlay district. This cooperation allowed the creation of an inviting retail center with quality architecture, superior vehicular access and high visibility. The development team contributed extensively to the public infrastructure to create new roads, bridges, community connections and traffic improvements.
