RAM Development Group purchased the distressed Plaza Fiesta Mall in 2000 and developed it into the largest Latino mall in the Southeast. By adding Marshall’s, Burlington Coat Factory, a Farmer’s Market and 150 other small tenants, the center increased revenues, from what was an operating deficit, by more than 800% in four years. When the property was sold in 2006, it returned a nearly 600% return on investments.

Located along Buford Hwy. just south of the Dekalb-Peachtree Airport, Plaza Fiesta Mall has become the heart of the increasing Latin American community in Georgia. Retailers feature items not easily found elsewhere in the region, plus pertinent services such as translators, car insurance and wire transfers for the Latino community.
