VINCENT A. RIGGIO, CCIM
Currently, Vince devotes a great deal of his efforts towards the development of Eagle River Station (550,000 sq. ft.) in Eagle, Colorado. Additionally, he is in the process of establishing a distressed real estate fund that will strategically target opportunities in major metropolitan markets. Beyond his accomplishments at TRINITY, Vince was one of two founding members of RAM Development Group, Inc., which focuses on commercial real estate development throughout the Southeast. In addition to these endeavors, Vince has developed drug stores, retail tire stores, and owned and operated five national franchise restaurants in Atlanta. Professionally, Vince has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1995, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1989 and a Rotarian for 15 years. He has been a licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1982, Georgia since 1995 and Colorado since 2006. Vince is also dedicated to the community having served as a Board Member of the Nicholas House, which houses and rehabilitates homeless families, and was the founding Board member of Project Impact, which assists and rehabilitates at risk inner-city youth. When he’s not enjoying outdoor activities, you can find Vince at his home in Edwards, Colorado, with his wife, Cinda; two daughters; and one son.
BRANDT A. MAROTT
Brandt's development experience encompasses land acquisition, securing entitlements and financing, negotiating contracts, construction management, project closeouts, client relationships and investor relationships. Brandt is an avid outdoorsman who ski's, rock climbs and surfs. He currently resides with his wife, 4 year old son, and 2 year old daughter in Edwards, Colorado.
SHANNON D. PARKER
Prior to joining TRINITY in 2003, Shannon worked for Performance Properties, Inc., where she assisted with high-volume investment transactions, customer relations and general accounting. She is currently seeking her Georgia real estate salespersons license.
YOLANDA M. KING, CSM
Prior to joining TRINITY in 2004, Yolanda was Director of Property Management for Dewberry Capital Corporation, where she managed the day-to-day operations for more than 1 million square feet of retail in four states. Additionally, she is an experienced accountant with expertise in job accounting methodologies, cash flow management, general ledger maintenance, auditing, annual reports and financial analysis. Professionally, Yolanda is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia, completed in the ICSC Management I training program in 2006 and earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC in 2007. |




Brandt has licenses as a real estate broker and general contractor. An energetic leader and former professional soccer player, Brandt won two National Championships in both outdoor and indoor Soccer. In 1995 Brandt received a Bachelor of Science from California State Northridge with a double major, finance and real estate. To date, Brandt has been involved in the implementation of over $100 million of construction and over $1 billion in planned projects. He is responsible for the leadership and motivation of the project team including the construction manager, general contractor, and consultants. He is also responsible for ensuring the project team and partners consistently deliver above expectations. The project development's Brandt has overseen and developed include: mixed-use, commercial, and high end luxury estates.
Shannon D. Parker serves as the Development Representative for TRINITY Development Group, Inc. In this role, she assists the development team with multiple elements of the commercial real estate development process including acquisitions, contract negotiations, construction management and property dispositions. Additionally, she is actively involved with lease administration, loan closings, governmental relations, financial reporting , marketing and office management. For Plaza Fiesta Mall (375,000 sq. ft.), she was actively involved with construction management, leasing and lease administration, which helped earn a 600% on the company’s investment.
Yolanda M. King, CSM, serves as the Director of Property Management and Leasing for TRINITY Development Group, Inc. Her main responsibilities include managing the company’s assets, negotiating and managing tenant leases, tenant improvement coordination, budgeting and business plans, and coordinating acquisitions and dispositions.
